Now anyone could see when looking at this year’s Christmas
card that I created of my Timmy that he was a little bit on the heavy side! The
image was from last Christmas (2011) in his reindeer outfit (that he loves)
but it was apparent that in 2012 – Timmy would need to go on a doggy diet!
So our poor little chap went on the diet dog food and lost a
little weight. His arthritis was getting a little better so he could walk a bit
further and so it was all looking very good. The vet found him to have water
retention and so that shed off some weight too but there it ended. We were told
he would just have to go on longer walks!
Until… we noticed food go missing that no one claimed to
have eaten! And finally we found an open box of ‘After Eight Mints’ open from
under the Christmas tree with bits of wrapping every-where! I wonder who that
could have been. He is now under supervision
and waiting his trial for the ‘thieving of Chocolates, Sausage Rolls and other
pastries, meat and the worst crime of all - Children’s sweets ‘!
But we all still love our dog Timmy!
